The B7 Secretariat provides assistance and services to the Annual Conference, Steering Committee, B7-group and working groups: WG Tourism and Business, WG Environment, WG People to People

The B7 has permanent representation in Brussels. Since year 2000 Bradley Dunbar Associates is assisting B7 secretariat in Brussels.

Starting from the year 2000, the secretariat also includes the project facilitator, responsible for project design and implementation support for the working groups. First in this post is mr Hunt.

Year 2000 was the first in organisational history implementing routing chairmanship. Secretariat moves from island to island within the chairmanship: 2000 Bornholm, 2001 Saaremaa and 2002 Öland.
